MINSK, BELARUS - BUSINESS ENGLISH EVANGELISM EVENT |
|
The
comments from the students indicated that this course reached
a new level of excellence for us. Some even said that they
were paying for a business English course that was very much
inferior to our course. We're happy that the students
benefited from the course but our great joy comes from knowing
their lives were changed by the presentation of the Gospel
both from the examples of the teachers and the preaching of
the word of God.
Appreciation goes to the team composed of men and women from
Celebration Church and New Bethany Baptist Church (both of Buford, GA) and
Hulen Street Baptist Church (Fort Worth, TX). Thanks also go to our
partners in Minsk who prepared everything in advance and
will coordinate the follow-up effort. |

English Courses Reach Hundreds in Nicaragua during 2007 |
|
Managua, Nicaragua
- During 2007, over 1000
adults and 600 children participated in these English course events.
More than 450 teenagers and adults indicated that they had prayed to receive Christ
as their Lord and savior.
We debuted the new
Practically Speaking English for Children this year and 200 children and
many parents attended each of the three events. Many of the parents who
accompanied their children responded to the gospel message along with
dozens and dozens of children.
In the adult courses,
more than 1000 practiced conversational English and heard the gospel
message. Of those, over 450 indicated on our questionnaire that they had
prayed to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.

CALENDAR AVAILABLE |
| Our 2008
calendar is already filled with English language evangelism
events, Business English evangelism events, prison ministry
and the Children’s Home project. We need lots of
volunteers to staff all these projects with laborers. We are
praying for volunteers and finances to accomplish each one
of these vital projects. |
